MOBILE PHONE POLICY

MOBILE TELEPHONE SCHOOL POLICY

 

If a pupil brings a telephone to school this must be kept switched off at all times and used only after 3.30 pm.  Boys are advised to keep telephones locked in their locker during school hours.

 

In all circumstances pupils must not make or receive calls, or send or receive text messages or take photographs during the school day.

 

Mobile telephones are not allowed in public examinations.

 

 

Phones will be confiscated:

 

·        If they are used during the school day.

 

 

Phones that are confiscated will be stored securely in the school office and will be returned only to the parent/guardian of the pupil concerned.

 

The school can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to mobile telephones brought into school by pupils.
